About Me
I offer warm, down-to-earth and confidential counselling, where you can talk openly without feeling judged or rushed. I believe that feeling genuinely heard and understood can help people make sense of what they are experiencing and begin to find a way forward.
Alongside my counselling qualifications, I have more than ten years’ experience supporting children, young people and families, including those with ASD and ADHD.
My integrative approach means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to what feels right for you. You are the expert in your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you.
How I work
I work in an integrative and person-centred way. Our sessions are shaped around you. I draw on different approaches including person-centred, CBT, narrative, systemic and strengths-based therapy. Together, we will explore what matters to you and find ways to help you move forward at your own pace.
